On the day that we went to Hoi An, we took a boat ride after dinner and released lanterns into the river. We made our wishes carefully before we released the lanterns and watched them float further and further away from us. By around 8pm, the river was dotted with many candlelit lanterns. The night scenery felt so magical as Hoi An Riverside was lit up by people's hope, wishes and dreams🕯🛶
